Charlotte Buffington is an experienced customer success leader with a demonstrated history of managing large enterprise accounts and implementing effective service delivery strategies. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success for North America at Beekeeper, Charlotte leads a team focused on achieving quarterly customer success objectives, develops onboarding processes, and oversees enterprise account strategies. Previous roles include Head of Customer Success and Senior Customer Success Manager at Beekeeper, where Charlotte managed a significant portfolio of enterprise clients and conducted numerous business reviews with C-Suite executives.
