Ross Paton

Ross Paton is an accomplished software development leader currently serving as Head of Software Development at Beeks Group since June 2024. With prior experience as Software Team Lead at Verint, Ross led multiple engineering teams and focused on promoting collaboration between engineering and product teams, coaching engineers, and managing learning and development strategies. Ross began a career as an Associate Application Developer at JPMorgan Chase, contributing to system functionality and user support, following earlier roles in software development and engineering. Ross completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer & Electronic Systems at the University of Strathclyde.
