Simon Caillé has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Simon is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at Beeldi, where they are responsible for managing key accounts. Previously, they worked at Bouygues Energies & Services as a Chargé d'Opérations, overseeing a facility management contract for 57 sites in Île-de-France and managing a team of technicians. Prior to that, Simon worked as a Technico-commercial at Falco Menuiserie, a Commercial junior at NEODITECH, and a Préparateur de commandes at Auchandrive.lu. During their first year of BTS NRC, they completed internships as a Commercial at DIVAM and as a Vendeur at KADODIS, where they exceeded sales targets.

Simon Caillé began their education by pursuing a Brevet de technicien supérieur (BTS) degree in Affaires, gestion, marketing et services de soutien apparentés (Négociation Relation Client) at La Herdrie from 2017 to 2019. Following this, they enrolled at École ISME in 2019 to pursue a Licence degree in Négociateur d'affaires. Since 2020, Simon has been attending Rennes School of Business, where they are currently pursuing a Parcours grande école degree with a specialization in Business Development.
