Amanda Echols has over 20 years of experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as an Internal Recruiter and Human Resource Coordinator at Beeline since August 2010. In this role, Amanda designs, develops, and manages the full-life cycle recruiting and onboarding functions. Prior to Beeline, Amanda worked as a Technical Recruiter at Ajilon Consulting from May 2001 to August 2010, where the responsibilities included recruiting and placing Information Technology professionals and conducting reference and background checks. Amanda also held the position of Administrative Assistant at Computer Associates from 2000 to May 2001.
