Elijah B.

Elijah B. has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Beeline since October 2011, where responsibilities include leading the Global Human Resources function and reporting directly to the CEO. Previously, Elijah held multiple roles at Beeline, including Vice President and Director of Human Resources, where initiatives included establishing the first dedicated HR support team. Prior experience at Adecco spanned from May 2005 to October 2011, during which Elijah contributed significantly to organizational development, employee relations, and workplace relations, managing various HR functions and achieving recognition within the global talent pool. Elijah B. holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce from Monash University and completed further education at IMD.
