Randi Brasfield

Randi Brasfield has over a decade of experience in sales engineering and client operations, currently serving as a Senior Sales Engineer at Beeline since March 2015. In this role, Randi engages with clients to identify core business problems, gathers requirements, and performs analysis to deliver effective solutions while managing complex projects. Previously, Randi was a Client Operations Manager, focusing on client interactions and operational changes. Prior experience includes a supervisory position at One Call Care Management, where Randi led sales support and quality improvement teams, implemented process enhancements using the DMAIC model from Six Sigma, and was recognized as Employee of the Year in 2013. Randi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Mobile.
