Paul Gott

Paul Gott has worked for a variety of companies since 1996. Starting with BOWERS INTERNAL GAUGE LIMITED as a Consultant, they then moved to Weir Minerals as a Director. In 2007, they became the Global Sales & Marketing Director at Bridon International Ltd, followed by the Divisional Sales & Marketing Director at Speedy Hire PLC in 2008. In 2009, they were appointed as Managing Director at PRS Services. From 2011 to 2014, they held the role of Sales & Marketing Director at Guttridge Ltd, and in 2016 they became the Head of International Business Development at Spiroflow Ltd. In 2018, they were appointed as Group Business Development Director at Oxford Engineering Ltd, and in 2020 they became the Chief Operating Officer at Beelivery. Since 2022, they have been the Chief Executive Officer at Marine Energies.

Paul Gott obtained their HNC in Mechanical Engineering from Bradford College between 1980 and 1984. Paul then went on to obtain their Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of Bradford School of Management between 1992 and 1995. In 1996, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. Additionally, Paul Gott has obtained four certifications since 2014, including a Grow to Greatness: Smart Growth for Private Businesses, Part I from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2016, Corporate Finance Essentials from Coursera in 2014, Powerful Tools for Teaching and Learning: Digital Storytelling from Coursera in 2014, and Learning How to Learn: Powerful mental tools to help you master tough subjects from Coursera Verified Certificates in 2014.
