Ric Clements is an experienced operations and customer service professional with a strong background in management. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Customer Service Manager at Beelivery since August 2021, Ric successfully established a comprehensive Customer Service Department, including Training and Quality, Social Media, and Resource Planning divisions. Prior experience includes roles as Team Manager at Ticketmaster UK from September 2017 to August 2021, Customer Service Team Lead at British Gas from April 2013 to September 2017, and Managing Director at Lounge Leisure Ltd from November 2003 to March 2010. Ric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Marketing from Leeds Metropolitan University, completed in June 1996.
