At Beenen Therapy Group, we understand the challenges of navigating life's difficulties, and we are here to listen and support you. We provide a safe and supportive space for clients both in-person at our Jacksonville Beach office and virtually throughout Florida. 

Our diverse team of therapists specializes in helping clients with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, trauma and PTSD, depression, sport performance, relationship issues, life transitions, and grief. To best meet your unique needs, our team is trained in various therapeutic modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Brainspotting, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Parts Work, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). 

With our diverse team, we are able to provide therapy for children, adolescents, teens, and adults. We provide individual, family, and couples therapy, and we are continuing to expand out support group offerings.
