Chihiro M.

Chihiro M. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They began their career in 2005 as Manager at Mall Service, Inc., where they provided customer support and managed a high-volume workload. In 2010, Chihiro joined Open Network Lab as Alliances Director, supporting seed-funded start-ups through mentorship-driven incubation programs. They also worked at Digital Garage as an Associate, coordinating tech-related events and conferences. Chihiro went on to become a Senior Associate at DG Incubation, the investment arm of Digital Garage. In 2014, they joined EGG JAPAN as an Event Organizer, organizing events and conferences and facilitating business networking opportunities. Chihiro then worked at Houzz Japan K.K as both an Online Community Manager and a Community Evangelist, contributing to the world's largest online platform for home renovation and design. Most recently, they have been serving as the Marketing and Brand Director at BEENEXT since 2022.

Chihiro M. attended RMIT University from 2005 to 2007, where they studied Business Management. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2005, they completed a Diploma in Business Administration at Swinburne University of Technology. Their secondary education was at Forest Hill Secondary College from 1999 to 2001.
