Gerardo Rodriguez has a diverse work experience with various companies. Gerardo began their career in 2011 as a Program Coordinator at GEEP Inc., where they managed the online business of the company. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Parata Systems as a Technical Support Specialist and Analyst, providing technical support and mentoring to the team. In 2014, they joined Varonis as a Technical Support Engineer and later progressed to roles like Technical Support Team Lead, Technical Support Manager, and Technical Manager. In 2019, they became the Head of Technical Support at OpsRamp, leading a global team of engineers. In 2020, they joined SAS as a Technical Manager, managing enterprise accounts and building customer success plans. In 2021, they worked at Virdee as the Head of Customer Success & Implementation, where they defined processes and plans to support customer deployments. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Operations at Beeper.
Gerardo Rodriguez completed their education in Information Systems Technology. Gerardo first attended Recinto Universitario de Mayaguez from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. Later in 2011, they went to the Florida Institute of Technology and earned another Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Technology. In addition to their education, Gerardo also obtained various certifications from CompTIA. These certifications include CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and A+, which were all obtained in 2013.
