Marthyn Olthof

Marthyn Olthof is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in both leadership and technical roles. Currently, Marthyn serves as Teamlead Engineering at BEEQUIP MKB Equipment Lease, managing a team of engineers while actively contributing to software development. Prior roles include Lead Software Engineer at NOTIVID and a series of senior software engineering positions within the fintech sector. Marthyn has demonstrated strong leadership as Team Lead at Hoppinger, overseeing a team of nine developers and managing various projects using technologies such as C#, Drupal, Typescript, ReactJS, Ruby on Rails, and Java. Marthyn began a career in software development at Defacto and Worldticketshop, where initial experiences included developing software and maintaining automated test suites. Marthyn holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Software Engineering from Hanze and has completed a study abroad program at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University.
