Matt Johnson is an experienced engineering leader with a robust background in system integration and software development. Currently serving as the Head of System Integration at PerfectDraft UK, part of AB-InBev, since August 2025, Matt previously held multiple engineering leadership roles at Sky from September 2013 to August 2025, including Head of Engineering and Head of Integration, where responsibilities encompassed development, quality assurance, and support services for Sky's products. Prior experience includes a role as Lead Software Engineer at Easel TV, focusing on software integration for TiVo, and as Project Technical Lead at Hewlett-Packard, managing significant software projects and engineering teams. Matt holds an MEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College London and a NEBS Management Level 3 certificate from Pershore and Hindlip College Business School.
