Doug Piper has a vast amount of experience in the beer industry, holding various judging and hosting positions at different beer festivals and organizations. Doug is also the founder and host of The Beer Connoisseur Live Stream and Podcast. Furthermore, Doug is a Certified Cicerone and a Certified Beer Judge with the Beer Judge Certification Program. Additionally, Doug is involved in sensory training to identify common off-flavors in beer. Doug is also affiliated with the Halftime Institute, where Doug helps individuals transition from success to significance through various programs and roundtable discussions. Their education includes degrees in Certified Cicerone, Beer Sommelier, as well as degrees from Dottotech Greywave Founder, Halftime Institute, and Clemson University.
