Ruben Arias

Ruben Arias has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to 2020. Ruben began their career as a Trainee at Endeavor in 2009, followed by a Project Manager position at Universidad Adolfo Ibañez. In the same year, they also worked as an Investment Analyst at Southern Angels. In 2009, they became the Program Director - Youth Entrepreneurial Project at Universidad Mayor. From 2011 to 2019, they held various roles at Kalakai, Colciencias, and Utopix - Innovation Lab. Since 2015, they have been the CEO & co-founder of Ludibuk, and since 2020, they have been the Chief Executive Officer of BeeReaders.

Ruben Arias obtained a Civil Industrial Engineer degree from Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana between 2003 and 2009, followed by a diploma in Technology for Education from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology between 2014 and 2015. Ruben also obtained an English for Professional Purposes certification from Tronwell Institute between 2009 and 2010. In addition, Ruben Arias has obtained several certifications, including ESSA Level IV from LearnPlatform in March 2022, 2022 GSV Cup Elite 200 from ASU GSV Summit in January 2022, Planning for Your Hybrid Organization from LinkedIn in May 2021, ASU GSV Virtual Summit 2020 - Innovation Certificate from ASU GSV Summit in October 2020, IMPACT-Ready Certification from LearnPlatform in March 2022, and TOEIC English for Professional Purposes from Corfo Tronwell.
