Gerson Menandro

Gerson Menandro is a Global Director for BEES focusing on Modern Trade, leading marketplace initiatives across Latin America, Europe, Africa, and APAC since 2025. Gerson began their career at Ambev as a Global Management Trainee in 2005 and subsequently held various leadership roles, including Modern Trade Regional Director and Global Director of Key Accounts Supply Chain at AB InBev. Gerson's educational background includes an Executive MBA from Insper and an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas. Passionate about beer and continuous learning, Gerson emphasizes the importance of people in driving success.
