Marcus Maciel is a seasoned software architect and senior backend developer with extensive experience in microservices and API development across various frameworks. Currently at BEES, Marcus supports team members on technical issues while promoting project standards and performance enhancements. Previous roles include full Java development at americanas s.a., where Marcus specialized in both backend and front-end technologies, and senior PHP development at Controllab, focusing on REST APIs. With a solid educational foundation, including an MBA in Software Engineering from the Polytechnic School of UFRJ and a Systems Analyst and Developer degree from UniCesumar, Marcus combines technical expertise with strategic management capabilities to drive successful project outcomes.
