Matheus Mariotto is a seasoned Tech Lead with over 12 years of experience in building and guiding high-performing technical teams across various projects. Currently focused on payment experience services at BEES, Matheus has a strong background in NodeJS, Java, and cloud services, and has successfully developed scalable architecture for fintech solutions. Previously, at the Microsoft Innovation Center, Matheus provided hands-on technical leadership and managed complex projects, while also co-founding ClassQuest, where they enhanced team efficiency through Agile methodologies.
