Samuel Gonçalves

Samuel Gonçalves has a strong background in product and engineering roles, with a focus on global strategy and digital sales. Samuel most recently served as the Global Director of Fintech Product & Engineering at BEES, where they led the fintech strategy for various initiatives. Prior to that, they worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev as the Global Director of Product & Engineering, overseeing sales, logistics, and marketing projects. Before that, Samuel held multiple positions at BAT, including IT Manager and Project Coordinator.

Samuel Gonçalves has a diverse education history. In 2006, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Science from Universidade Nove de Julho. Samuel then pursued specialization in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral in 2012. In the same year, they also completed an intensive English course at Kaplan Harvard Square. In 2011, they obtained a Specialization in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and completed a 60-day intensive English course at Eurocentres Canada. From 2012 to 2014, Samuel pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Business Management at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. In 2018, they completed a Tech Training program in Information Technology at Georgia Institute of Technology.

Continuing their education, Samuel completed certifications in Product Strategy from Reforge and How to build Digital Products from Product School in 2022. Samuel also obtained the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) and Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) certifications from Scrum Inc. in September 2020.
