Global Director, BEES Tech Strategy & Ops at BEES

Suri R. has an extensive work experience in various companies. They started their career as a Community Lead at SideTour in 2011, managing a growing community of hosts. In 2013, they joined Groupon as an Account Manager and G-Pass Specialist for GrouponLive, where they oversaw the integration of SideTour into the platform. In 2015, Suri R. moved to Vimeo as a Senior Manager of Product Support and later progressed to the role of Director and then Senior Director of Community and Support. At Vimeo, they managed a multi-million dollar budget, oversaw global customer support teams, and built out a support operations team. In 2020, Suri R. joined Anheuser-Busch InBev as the Global Director of Customer Satisfaction, leading the customer satisfaction strategy for AB InBev's B2B e-commerce platform, BEES. They also oversaw the NPS Program in over 25 markets. Finally, Suri R. returned to BEES as the Global Director of BEES Tech Strategy & Ops, starting in 2023.

Suri R. attended New York University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a BA degree in Politics, Journalism, and Economics. In 2016, they enrolled in the Harvard Business School Online for a short-term program and received a credential of readiness.
