Dena Bector

Dena Bector has worked in a variety of roles in the human resources and staffing industry. In 2020, they began working as the Sr. Director of Customer Experience, Senior Director of Operations, and Director of Dispatch for Bees360, Inc. Prior to this, they were the Executive Recruiter/Human Resource Director for Horizon Placement Partners Inc. from 2018 to 2020. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as the Human Resources Director for Hughes & Associates - Placement Partners, Inc. From 2012 to 2014, they were the Director for Dena's NCLBT Services, Non Profit Corporation. From 2009 to 2012, they were a National Recruiter for DL Spencer & Associates.

Dena Bector obtained their Masters in Management in Criminal Justice from Colorado Technical University in 2012. Dena also obtained their Bachelor of Criminal Justice in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Colorado Technical University in 2011. In 2000, they obtained their Texas Licensed Cosmotologist from Franklin Beauty School in Cosmetology. In 1997, they obtained their Associate of Applied Science in Applied Science from Common Wealth Funeral Institute.
