Marcos Arata

Marcos Arata is a seasoned technology manager and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the travel industry. Currently serving as the Tech Manager at BeFly since August 2022, Marcos previously co-founded Instaviagem, an online travel agency specializing in custom travel packages, which was acquired by BeFly in 2022. Additionally, Marcos co-founded Dubbi, also acquired by BeFly, and participated in a prestigious mentorship program through Endeavor Brasil and Santander. Early career experiences include roles at Rocket Internet SE as an Operations team member, MAGMA Brasil Consultoria as an M&A Analyst, and as an intern at Banco Santander and Líder Empresa Júnior. Marcos holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from UFSCar and has a foundational background in elementary and secondary education.
