Sylvio Ferraz Jr is a seasoned entrepreneur and tourism enthusiast with nearly 40 years of experience in the industry. As a co-founder of TAM Viagens, now LATAM Travel, Sylvio has been instrumental in the growth of significant companies in tourism, including MMTGapnet and CVC Corp, where they served as Executive Director of Sourcing. Sylvio is currently the Vice President of Products and New Businesses at BeFly, the largest closed-capital tourism ecosystem in Latin America, which emerged from the merger of Flytour and Belvitur. They have been recognized as the best operator professional by PANROTAS for three consecutive years (2020, 2021, and 2022) and hold a Bachelor's degree in Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
