BeforeBuild becomes part of your design-build team—not another outside technology consultant brought in for a narrow scope. We work alongside contractors from the earliest pursuit through design, construction, commissioning, and handover, helping teams win the right work and deliver it with clarity, confidence, and control.

As an OAA architectural practice, we can lead or support the architectural scope while also strengthening the broader design-build process. Our experience across both design and construction helps bridge the gaps between consultants, contractors, manufacturers, trades, and owners.

During pursuits, we support architectural design, feasibility studies, test fits, BIM, VDC, 4D visualization, construction sequencing, logistics planning, and compelling client presentations. We help contractors show not only that they can build the project, but that they understand the challenges, have considered the risks, and have a credible delivery plan.

Once the project is awarded, we stay involved through design development, permit and construction documentation, consultant coordination, clash detection, constructability reviews, digital delivery, progress visualization, data management, and handover planning.

We use technology where it creates real value. Through architecture, BIM, VDC, 4D visualization, digitization, and practical AI, we turn complex project information into clear, visual, and actionable decisions.

Our goal is simple: join forces early, invest our expertise in the pursuit, help you win better design-build projects, and remain a trusted part of the team through successful delivery.
