Steven Oweis is currently the People and Culture Manager at Beforepay Group, where they focus on aligning organizational goals with people strategy and fostering a culture of integrity and purpose. With over three years of experience across various roles in human resources and people management, Steven has partnered with leaders from notable companies, including Cuscal Limited and Veolia Australia and New Zealand, to implement effective people strategies and drive cultural change. They hold a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney and have obtained a Cert IV in Workplace Health and Safety from Pinnacle Safety and Training.
