Uma Jyothi

Uma Jyothi has over 12 years of work experience in Quality Assurance and Testing. From 2022 to present, they have been a QA Engineer at Beforepay. From 2020 to 2022, they were a Senior QA Engineer at Infor, where they were responsible for QA and BA activities, and had experience using Agile and Lean methodologies and Wireframes. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at MRM Sherpa, where they collaborated with developers and project managers to assess program capabilities, features, and testing demands, and supported product managers and development teams across all phases of testing. From 2013 to 2018, they were a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at Infor, where they worked on Agile Testing methodologies, pre-tested stories, and authored, updated, reviewed and executed test cases. From 2009 to 2013, they were a Test Engineer and SQA at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), where they performed requirements ambiguity testing, system integration testing, system testing, functional testing, regression testing, smoke testing, ad-hoc testing and end-end testing, and authored, updated, reviewed and executed test cases.

Uma Jyothi obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Anna University. Uma also holds a Foundation level certificate in Software Testing from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board, which they obtained in August 2010, as well as an IBM Certified Database Associate from IBM, which they obtained in June 2009.
