Albert Harmon

Albert ("Al") Harmon has extensive experience in the music industry, currently serving in Legal Affairs at Beggars Group since May 2011. Prior to this role, Harmon held the position of Director of Business Affairs at Atlantic Records from 2003 to 2010, where responsibilities included negotiating producer and song agreements as well as securing licenses for soundtracks. At The RCA Music Group, Harmon acted as Associate Director of Business Affairs Administration from 1998 to 2003, overseeing business affairs for RCA Records and RCA Victor Group. Earlier, Harmon worked at Tommy Boy in music licensing and at Sony Music Entertainment as a Contract Administrator. Harmon's career began as a Financial Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at The Chase Manhattan Bank. Harmon graduated with a BA in Economics from Brown University.
