Susie Lecker is an experienced executive with a diverse background in the toy industry and consulting. Currently, Susie serves as President of NavChoices Consulting and holds advisory positions at PCG Investors and BEGiN, while also being the Lead Advisor and Investor for Playper, an eco-friendly toy company. Susie's previous roles include CEO of FitSwoop, President of SRL Consulting, and EVP at Spinmaster LLC, where strategy development and licensing growth were key focuses. At Mattel, Susie made significant contributions as EVP Chief Brand Officer in the Toybox Division and held senior positions in design and marketing. Susie holds a BA in Psychology from York University.
