Joel Weik is the Director of Business Development at Behavior Development Solutions since September 2013. Joel is also the Founder and Composer & Fingerstyle Guitarist at String Theorie since August 2009. In addition, Joel is the Founder & Sustainability Coordinator at EarthGuard Solutions since June 2007, and the Founder; VP of Marketing & Communications at Environmental Packaging Associates since June 2003. Prior to these roles, Joel has also worked as the National Accounts Sales Administrator at KMC Musicorp | FMIC - Fender Musical Instruments Corporation, Group Purchasing Agent at Women's Health USA, Inc., and Store Manager at Strawberries Music.
