Portia James

Portia James is a prominent leader in the field of behavior analysis with a diverse background in operations management and clinical services. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer at Genius Operations, which focuses on advancing black Behavior Analysts, Portia also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Behavior Genius LLC. Previously, Portia held the Chief Operations Officer role at Jackson Family Human Services and served as Director of Clinical Operations at Behavioral Health Works, Inc., where a rapid trajectory of four promotions occurred within three years, supervising Clinical Directors across multiple states.
