AccuMatch assessment results reveal neural behavior traits that accurately predict how an individual will interact with others, how they will respond in certain situations and environments, and how they would approach challenges and opportunities.
Behavioral Intelligence Coaching is how to apply and leverage the knowledge gained, and the insightfulness that such knowledge can bring to a coaching engagement.
Gaining an insight into the preprogrammed behaviors that have been imprinted into the neural pathways, the neural networks of you client allows coaching to take on a whole new meaning. A whole new approach to discovery and understanding. Unconscious habits and automatic responses that we dismiss under the pretence of labels, such as outgoing or autocratic, rather than the specific behaviors that these exhibit.
It is only then that proper prescription can take place.
Coaches today have a plethora of education and tools to apply in their coaching to bring about change and growth with their clients. Applying these with the precision of a surgeon is like prescribing the correct medication to a patient. It's like applying those skills and techniques with a laser precision.
Take the AccuMatch assessment yourself. Find out what is hidden beneath.
Learn about yourself and about others.
Behavior is what we observe in others. We have no way of reading other people's minds. We only have the ability, skill and intuition of years that looks at behavior and transforms that into judgements, assessments based only on gut instinct.
AccuMatch takes away the guess work and provides map that has become the insight to greater clarity.
