Ashley Harris

Ashley Harris is currently working as a BCBA Talent Acquisition Specialist at Behavior Interventions, Inc. where Ashley develops recruitment plans, manages onboarding procedures, and supports the clinical and HR teams. Previously, Ashley served as Deputy Chief of Staff for Senate President Sweeney, Deputy Speaker Burzichelli, and Assemblyman Taliaferro from 2012 to 2021, overseeing constituent services, communications, and outreach efforts. Prior to that, Ashley was Grants and Outreach Coordinator/Constituent Services Liaison for Senator Sweeney, Assemblymen Burzichelli, and Fisher from 2006 to 2012, focusing on government and constituent relations. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Randolph College.
