Lauren Kirkpatrick

Lauren Kirkpatrick is a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician at Behavioral Framework since April 2022, specializing in client growth and development through behavior observation and data analysis to support treatment plans. Previous experience includes serving as an After School Counselor and Summer Camp Counselor at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte from May 2018 to August 2019, where Lauren fostered positive relationships with at-risk children and their caregivers. Additionally, Lauren worked as a Communications Coordinator for CROSS-COUNTRY FOR YOUTH in 2017, where responsibilities included managing program information and participant records. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Howard University, along with a high school diploma with a focus on Pre-Medicine from South Mecklenburg High School.
