Monica Kelly

Monica Kelly, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA, is a highly qualified professional with extensive experience in the field of behavior analysis and special education. Currently serving as Clinical Director at Behavioral Framework since February 2023, Monica has previously held positions including Associate Clinical Director and Clinical Supervisor. Prior to this role, Monica worked as a Behavior Analyst at Connecting Bridge Therapy from July 2021 to June 2023 and as an Autism Support Teacher at Culpeper County Public Schools from July 2016 to July 2021. Monica's educational background includes a Certificate of Applied Behavior Analysis from George Mason University, a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching, and a Bachelor of Science in Special Education and Teaching from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
