Behavioral Progression, Inc. is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency dedicated to providing effective behavioral improvement services to individuals of all ages. Behavioral Progression was founded in 2015 by a behavior analyst who is passionate about providing quality and professional behavior services to support individuals in need. Behavioral Progression focuses on community-based ABA services and believes that individualized behavior plans will be most successful when implemented in the setting where the behaviors are occurring among familiar individuals. Behavioral Progression’s driven and hard-working team provides behavioral services to individuals in their home, school, aftercare, day programs, and other community locations. Behavioral Progression understands that caring for individuals with behavioral needs can be challenging. The team encourages involvement from family members/caregivers and designs programs that are respectful of and conducive to the needs of the family unit as a whole. Frequent opportunities are provided for parents, caregivers, teachers, siblings, peers, etc. to be involved in their loved ones’ ABA services. The added stressors of caring for individuals with disabilities, delays, or behavioral challenges can be taxing on caregivers. Behavioral Progression empathizes with this company-wide and looks for ways to improve the environment and ease any stressful situations which will help strengthen the overall support and outcomes the individual and family experiences. Behavioral Progression team members are encouraged and supported during their pursuit of continuing education in the field of ABA. An internship program is available for students who are interested in gaining ABA knowledge and experience, in hopes that they will find a passion and pursue a career in the field. Behavioral Progression strives to adequately prepare team members to make smooth transitions from their current credential to next-level credentials.
