Benjamin Ma is currently the Head of Sourcing at Behavioral Strategy Group since October 2023, having previously served as a Case Team Lead and Analyst. In addition to this role, Benjamin holds the position of Sourcing Associate at Harvard Undergraduate Capital Partners and is a Senior Staffer for Harvard Model Congress. Further experience includes serving as the Deputy Director of Finances for the Harvard Undergraduate Foreign Policy Initiative and participating in the Private Equity Amplify Forum at Audax Group. Benjamin worked as an Operations Associate for the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations and a Business Development Project Manager at DIPTYCHH. Prior roles include State Parliamentarian for SkillsUSA and Apprentice at West Valley Arts Council, along with experience as a Crew Member at 5 Guys Inc. Benjamin is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Harvard University, following graduation from Verrado High School and Deer Valley High School.
