Gerlinde Berghofer

Gerlinde Berghofer, PhD, serves as Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer at BehaviorQuant, a behavioral financial technology company, since February 2018, where the focus is on improving financial decision-making through the quantification of behavioral aspects. Additionally, Gerlinde is Co-Founder and Partner at FinPsy LLC, providing behavioral and psychological expertise to financial decision-makers since March 2016. With extensive experience in business coaching, psychotherapy, and clinical psychology, Gerlinde has been involved in various roles since 1993, including as an Executive Coach and Adjunct Professor at Webster University Vienna. Previous positions also include Lead Psychologist at Psychosocial Services Vienna and research roles at Columbia University. Gerlinde holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Vienna and has completed postgraduate studies at Columbia University as a Fulbright Scholar.
