John McCormack

As Chief Financial Officer, John guides our corporate financial strategy including funding, market positioning, and financial planning.

He brings decades of experience as a CFO, Executive Vice President, and operations executive in global, high-tech organizations. John’s areas of expertise include financial management, strategic planning and execution, mergers and integrations, supply chain management, business process, information systems, and more. Most recently, he served as the CFO of 4iQ and as Consulting CFO at BishopFox.

John has been licensed as a CPA, and holds both a Bachelor of Commerce from the University College Dublin in Ireland and an MBA from Pepperdine University in California. He currently resides in Silicon Valley.
