Joanie Bérubé

Joanie Bérubé is a People & Culture Business Partner with a background in human resources, having interned at BDC and worked as an Administrator. They gained significant recruitment experience at Behaviour Interactive, managing the complete hiring process for co-op students and recent graduates, as well as fostering relationships with educational institutions. Joanie has also served as a Human Resources Advisor, providing support to managers on team management and onboarding processes. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from HEC Montréal, earned in 2018.
