Joanie Pépin is a seasoned Lead Programmer with a rich background in software development and team leadership. Having started their career at NetAppsID as a Programmer, Joanie later progressed through various roles, including Senior Developer at MegaZebra and Tech Lead in several projects. At Frima, Joanie leads a team of programmers while coordinating with other departments to achieve project goals and foster team growth. Currently, Joanie continues to excel as a Lead Programmer at Behaviour Interactive. Joanie holds a DEC in Programming from College Ahuntsic, completed in 2006.
