Ken Wee

Ken Wee is the Chief Strategy Officer at Mattel, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, they served as Chief Strategy Officer at Activision Blizzard from 2019 to 2024, and as a Partner at McKinsey & Company from 2010 to 2019. Ken's earlier experience includes roles at New Mountain Capital as an Investor, and at Citigroup Global Corporate and Investment Bank as an Analyst. They began their career as an Associate at Nitron Advisors and later worked as a Consultant at McKinsey & Co. Ken is also a Board Member at Behaviour Interactive and is currently continuing their education at NYU Stern School of Business.
