Manon Frayssinet

Manon Frayssinet has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Manon is currently the Director of People & Culture at Behaviour Interactive since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Partner at the same company from April 2021 to October 2021.

Before joining Behaviour Interactive, Manon served as the Director of People & Culture at Busbud from April 2017 to April 2021. Manon also worked as a Human Resources Advisor at Busbud from December 2015 to April 2017.

Their earlier experience includes working as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at CGI from October 2013 to December 2015, and as a Technical Recruiter at CGI from September 2011 to August 2013. Manon also had a brief role as a Technical Recruiter at Inatis from May 2011 to August 2011.

Manon Frayssinet completed their education with a Master's in Management from SKEMA Business School between 2010 and 2013. Prior to that, they attended Lycée Bellevue Albi from 2008 to 2010 for classe préparatoire aux grandes écoles (CPGE) ECS. Additionally, they completed their Baccalauréat at the same institution, Lycée Bellevue Albi, from 2005 to 2008. In 2012, they obtained a PRINCE 2 - Niveau foundation certification from APMG-International.
