Peter de Jong

Peter de Jong currently serves as General Manager at Behaviour Interactive, overseeing the Rotterdam office and guiding studio growth. As an Angel Investor, Peter de Jong supports innovative game startups through EGD Angel Syndicate and the Midgame Fund, focusing on promising Dutch video games. Peter de Jong has held board member positions with the Netherlands Audiovisual Producers Alliance and Interactieve Producenten Nederland, working to improve the production environment for interactive games and raise awareness of games as a cultural medium. Previously, Peter de Jong co-founded and led Codeglue as CEO for over 23 years, establishing it as a respected co-development partner until its acquisition by Behaviour Interactive in August 2023. Additionally, Peter de Jong has organized Mobile Unconference events and participated as a jury member for the Accenture Innovation Awards, recognizing innovative products and concepts in the Netherlands. Peter de Jong holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
