Philippe Shane is a seasoned Learning and Development professional with extensive experience in designing and implementing training programs across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Learning & Development Advisor at Behaviour Interactive, Philippe previously held positions including Senior Training and Development Advisor at Dollarama L.P. and Instructional Designer at Coassemble, where responsibilities included course development and customer training support.
