Rita El Ghorba

Rita El Ghorba is an experienced Associate Producer and Project Manager at Behaviour Interactive, with a career spanning from April 2018 to the present. Responsibilities include managing communication with project partners, planning task assignments, assessing and mitigating project risks, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Previously, Rita held various positions at Ubisoft, including Product Specialist in a technical group and Production Coordinator for the Far Cry brand, where tasks involved user training, project scheduling, and resource management. With a background in production management from Ubisoft Summer School and leadership roles at Ludos Committere, Rita's early career included internships focused on continuous improvement and loss management at SOMACA and General Mills, respectively. Rita holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal and a Master of Science in Marketing from HEC Montréal.
