Sophie Lessard

Sophie Lessard is an accomplished talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Principal Talent Acquisition Partner at Behaviour Interactive since November 2025, where the focus is on innovating video game experiences while prioritizing team well-being. Prior to this role, Sophie worked as an independent contractor from September 2014 to October 2025, providing specialized talent acquisition services to a range of notable clients including Invoke, Cloud Chamber, Sony Pictures Imageworks, and Warner Games.
