Michael Talbert

Global Head Of Professional Services at Behavox

Michael Talbert has extensive work experience in the professional services field. Michael started their career as a Senior Analyst at Deloitte Australia in 2007, where they worked until 2010. Michael then joined PwC as a Manager and later became a Senior Manager, staying with the company until 2017. In 2017, Michael joined Cloudreach as a Senior Project Manager, where they worked until 2019. Michael then joined Behavox as a Project Manager and quickly progressed to become the Head of Project Management. Currently, they hold the position of Global Head of Professional Services at Behavox, where they lead a team responsible for implementing Behavox solutions for customers.

Michael Talbert holds a Bachelor of Information Systems and Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Tasmania. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including Enhanced Leadership from ILM and ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate from APMG-International. Michael also has certifications in AWS Technical Professional, Change Management Practitioner, ITIL Service Operations, and ITIL Service Strategy from different institutions.
