Will Dowell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and management across various sectors. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Co-Founder at Haddon Partners since January 2024, Will Dowell focuses on enhancing business and philanthropic experiences for clients. As Vice Chairman of the Board and CEO of Behind Every Door, a community-centric organization since February 2010, Will Dowell contributes to creating opportunities for personal growth. Will Dowell is also a Co-Founder and Board Member of MyneTogether, a rewards program launched in January 2019. Previous roles include Managing Director and Director of the Poverty Initiative at Stand Together, and COO and Co-Founder of both mTHINX Integrated Technologies, LLC and THRIVE Intelligence. Will Dowell’s career began as a Leasing Agent at Austin City Realty and a Campus Minister at Campus Crusade for Christ, following a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Communication from The University of Texas at Austin, earned in 2007.
