Shalini Sharp is an accomplished leader with extensive board experience in the biotech and nonprofit sectors. Currently, Shalini serves as Board Chair for Mahzi Therapeutics and Black Pine Circle School and holds board member positions at several organizations, including Alameda County Community Food Bank, Organon, Mirati Therapeutics, Neurocrine Biosciences, Sutro Biopharma, TB Alliance, and Precision BioSciences. Shalini's previous board role at Panacea Acquisition Corp was completed in 2021. An alumnus of Harvard Business School, Shalini earned an MBA in General Management and also holds an AB in English and American Literature from Harvard University.
