The Company operates its business through six segments. The Beijing segment is mainly engaged in real estate development and sales in Beijing region. The Tianjin segment is mainly engaged in real estate development and sales in Tianjin region. The Chengyu segment is mainly engaged in real estate development and sales in Chengdu and Chongqing region. The Other segment is mainly engaged in real estate development and sales in other regions, including Wuxi, Shenyang, Xi'an, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Huzhou and Wanning. The Investment Property segment is mainly engaged in the investment property operations. The Hotel segment is mainly engaged in hotel business and the provision of corresponding services.
